Licence Terms

By purchasing and downloading a product from Eszet.at, you agree to the following license terms:

§ 1. Installation

Products may only be installed in one (1) WoltLab Suite instance per license. If you wish to use the same product in additional installations, you must purchase an additional license for each additional installation.

§ 2. License Holder

The exclusive right of use is granted solely to the license holder (the person named on the invoice) or the owner of the customer account (= the customer account on woltlab.com if purchased via the WoltLab Plugin Store). The source code (plugins) or graphics (styles) may not be provided or made available to third parties, even temporarily.

§ 3. Test Installations

The license holder is permitted to use one additional installation in a local test environment or in a password-protected environment.

§ 4. License Term

Licenses are valid for an unlimited period of time.

§ 5. Branding

The copyright notice in the footer may not be removed or modified, either for styles or extensions. Some products additionally offer a Branding-Free option that permits its removal.

§ 6. Modifications

Products may be modified according to your own requirements. Any visible copyright notices must remain intact unless the Branding-Free option described in Section 5 has been purchased.
